Shipping Locations

We deliver to all locations within India. For international shipping, please contact our customer support team to check availability and estimated costs.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Customized Uniforms: Orders requiring customization (e.g., school or college uniforms personalized by location) may take 15-30 business days for processing.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply).

Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹500. A flat fee of ₹40 is applied to orders below ₹500.
  • Express Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
  • For remote areas, delivery times may take longer than the standard estimate.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Uniform Uncle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Order Modifications
